It is time to review if any of these are true.
If you answer yes to any of the following, book a short review of your will.
- ●Your marital status changed through marriage, remarriage, separation or the loss of a spouse
- ●You entered or ended a common law relationship
- ●You were diagnosed with a serious or long term illness
- ●You started a new business
- ●You filed for bankruptcy or received a large inheritance
- ●The value of your estate increased or decreased significantly
- ●New tax rules affect you or your estate
- ●Your family grew through birth or adoption, or a dependent reached adulthood
- ●Circumstances changed for someone named in your will
- ●The executor you named is no longer able or willing to act
